Transition confidently to CaaS

Following a servitisation approach, our Cooling as a Service (CaaS) business models - Kaer Air and Kaer Water - deliver a competitive advantage for your business by giving you the option to purchase cooling in the same way that you purchase electricity and water today.

Instead of investing in and operating cooling equipment, you simply dictate the conditions you want to achieve.

Transitioning to CaaS allows you to outsource a non-core yet mission-critical activity to experts, giving you peace of mind to focus on your business as well as all the financial incentives that come with moving to the “as a service” economy.

Kaer Water

Kaer Water entails the outsourcing of chilled water production to Kaer. Instead of investing in and operating a chiller plant, you simply dictate the chilled water temperature you want.

Kaer will design, install, pay for, own, monitor and operate the chilled water plant system within the building.

Kaer assumes all financial and operational responsibility to deliver the chilled water and you simply buy chilled water at a fixed $/RTH rate, on a pay-as-you-use basis.

Kaer Air

Kaer Air includes everything that Kaer Water provides with the addition of air-side equipment.

You simply dictate the conditions you want to achieve in your space (e.g. temperature and any other metrics you require) and Kaer delivers this at a fixed $/RTH rate, on a pay-as-you-use basis.
