Kaer Water entails the outsourcing of chilled water production to Kaer. Instead of investing in and operating a chiller plant, you simply dictate the chilled water temperature you want.
Kaer will design, install, pay for, own, monitor and operate the chilled water system within the building.
Kaer assumes all financial and operational responsibility to deliver the chilled water and you simply buy chilled water at a fixed $/RTH rate, on a pay-as-you-use basis.
Kaer Air includes everything that Kaer Water provides with the addition of air-side equipment.
You simply dictate the conditions you want to achieve in your space (e.g. temperature and any other metrics you require) and Kaer delivers this at a fixed $/RTH rate, on a pay-as-you-use basis.
